My wing earrings are super light weight! Actual cicada wings are set between (clever reuse) of single-use plastics (image 9).
The accent dangle at the bottom is a heart shaped chrome bead 1/4” in diameter. Buy thisit.me wearable nature art and rock the world! Overall earring dimensions approx. 1/2”W and 2+3/8”T from top of hook to bottom dangle. The hooks (image 4) are shaped and cut from antique copper colored craft wire and measure approx. 3/4” long to evoke legs/antennae.
NOTE: I find all cicada and dragonfly wings after each insect’s natural life span, on the ground, while gardening, or while out in nature. CARDBOARD MODELS ARE LIFE SIZED.
