Rustic and otherworldly. I created the band of this piece by forging/flattening aluminum tubing to approx. 1/4” wide. Decorative designs are also stamped into the band. I threaded 20 gauge bright copper craft wire through center of tubing before forging. This wire is visible in random areas along the circlet of the band and was used to attach band to the adornment, which is a swirled, toffee colored resin disc. Additional 16 gauge brass wire has been added as decorative wrapping along with the 20 gauge copper colored craft wire. Circumference is approx. 7+1/4”
